Education, not medical care
Pure•Bred Fitness publishes fitness and nutrition education. Everything on this platform — articles, lessons, courses, programs, workouts, calculators and coaching — is general educational content and personal training guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship.
General education is not the same thing as individualised medical care. Education describes how bodies tend to work; care accounts for your history, your medications, your bloodwork and your risk. Pure•Bred provides the first. Only a qualified professional who knows your situation can provide the second.
Speak to a professional first
Consult a physician or other qualified health provider before starting any training program, changing your nutrition, or acting on anything you read here — particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, have a chronic condition, an eating disorder or history of one, a cardiovascular, metabolic or musculoskeletal condition, or take prescription medication.
If you experience chest pain, faintness, severe or unusual pain, or any symptom that concerns you, stop and seek medical attention. Do not wait to finish a session or a program.
No guaranteed outcomes
Pure•Bred does not promise a specific result, a rate of change or an outcome by a date. Bodies differ, circumstances differ, and adherence differs. Any transformation Pure•Bred publishes is one person’s result, shared with their consent, and is not a representation of what you should expect.
Training carries inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for exercising within your own capability and for stopping when something is wrong.
Your judgement stays yours
The whole point of Pure•Bred is that you understand what you are doing rather than following instructions blindly. That includes this: read it, weigh it against your own situation and professional advice, and decide.
