It is published in this state because an accurate description of how your data and your money are handled is more useful to you than a blank page — but it is not final, and it will be replaced by a reviewed version before Pure•Bred takes a live payment.

The Macro Blueprint
The Macro Blueprint is a digital book you own permanently. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or opened the file.
That condition is not a formality. The Blueprint is a permanent digital product: once it has been delivered there is no way to return it, and the platform records the moment a download link is issued to you. You can see your own download history in your library, so you always know where you stand before you decide.
If you have downloaded it and something is genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, the file would not open, the purchase was not made by you — contact us. Those are handled as exceptions by a person, not by a rule.
Pure•Bred Society
The Society is cancel-anytime. You can cancel yourself from your account page in two clicks; you never have to call or email to leave.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for — if you pay on the 1st and cancel on the 12th, your membership runs to the end of that period and then stops. You keep what you paid for.
Because of that, cancelling part-way through a period does not produce an automatic partial refund. You have not lost the time; you still have it.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, your access continues for the period you have already paid for while our payment provider retries the card. If it is never recovered, membership ends when that paid period runs out — not before, and not on a separate deadline of ours.
What you keep
Anything you bought outright stays yours whatever happens to a membership. Cancelling the Society, or letting it lapse, does not remove The Macro Blueprint or anything else you own from your library.
Exceptions
A refund can be approved outside these rules where there is a genuine reason: a duplicate charge, a confirmed failure to deliver, a transaction that was not made by the account holder, or a situation our support team judges deserves it. Every such approval is recorded with the reason.
A refunded membership ends the membership. A refunded Blueprint removes it from your library, because a refund means the purchase did not stand.
How to ask
Contact us and say what happened. You will get an answer from a person. We would rather refund somebody who is unhappy than argue about a fortnight.
